SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

The Sensory AutoDrive SMS program delivers account notifications and educational text messages to users who have explicitly opted in. Sensory AutoDrive, a DBA of Truthfully Insured LLC, is an informational and educational resource and is not an insurance company, agent, broker, or marketplace. SMS is used only to deliver the content you have requested and the message types you have separately consented to.

2. Consent

You may opt in to two separate message categories on our Subscribe page: (a) account notifications related to the educational guide you requested, and (b) marketing messages about new educational content. Each opt-in is collected through a separate, unchecked checkbox. Consent is never a condition of accessing the guide or any content on this site, and the two consents are never bundled.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the categories you have consented to and our content cadence.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent in that category. You may opt back in at any time by visiting the Subscribe page.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or email insights@sensoryautodrive.com. We will respond with program information and contact details.

7. First Message

The first outbound SMS after opt-in identifies Sensory AutoDrive, confirms the content you requested, states message frequency, includes"Msg & data rates may apply," confirms you can reply STOP to cancel, and confirms that Sensory AutoDrive is not an insurance company or agent.

8. Supported Carriers

The program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier.

9. Data Handling

Mobile information will not be sold, shared, or transferred to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, marketplaces, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers for any purpose. Mobile information is used solely to operate the SMS program and deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
